Hi Rifat,
The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I think you have two taught courses 1. General University course (like Malaysian culture, or science of philosophy…) and research methodology.

you can register the course in the beginning of the semester. But i think you can’t, but its better to contact your supervisor or SPS UTM and they well guide you, cuz Phd students was especially case

To get your multiple entry visa u need to submit this to your university, so they will submit it to the immigration. Takes maximum 1month, but now u’re already started your study in Malaysia. Just talk to your Uni.

What is required is single entry visa.

You should travel, there is an emgs office in the airport, they will give you a month to finish your work.

Have you gotten your val? If you have gotten you should go nearest embassy with original val or printed copy to obtain sev.

Hi Rifat,
Please note that entry for dependants is still on hold until further notice. Furthermore, dependants will not issued with a VAL as once they are allowed to enter Malaysia, they can enter using a social visit pass.
