The VAL issuance process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Kindly be informed EMGS approval letter will be issued for the international student to enroll in their online classes. However, the student has required a Verification Letter for Bank to open a bank account in Malaysia. Kindly refer to the Institution to obtain the letter.
