Can you tell me how long it takes to get dependent pass.

Its upto the your process,,
normaly after they come malaysia around 30 days…
if befoe dependent come to malaysia you apply their application through emgs it will be sooner..
normaly its better before they come malaysia atleast their application reach to 45%…
its absoutly better, and the chance for overstay and applying special pass is around 0%…-
Can they come before getting this pass and convert visit visa into dependent visa?

can i bring my dependent 4years child with me because he was with me in Malaysia but due to covid i left Malaysia and cancelled the pass and now i got new VAL from uitm so how can i bring my child along with me. How could you got the dependent visa for your child. thank you

Yes for the pcr test on airport you need to use mysafe travel to pay for it. And your second question is also a yes u can take a taxi if they have approval for home quarantine.

Home Quarantine is valid for 1 month , if they travel within one month no issue , if they travel after one month you need to apply for new approval .
