My passport has been in renewal for almost 3 month and it’s been at 80% for a month I’m currently under UTM and I’m switching university and they said they can’t do anything about it and if I wait more I’ll loose my chance to apply to my other University

We have submitted your passport to the Immigration Department for the sticker endorsement. If you wish to change institutions, kindly liaise with UTM for further assistance.
