Hello there.
I have question.
Actually I have paid for renewal visit before but process doesn’t complete and the university told me can’t refundable but you can use that money for another renewal next time. But now they said no because I don’t have the receipt because EMGS took it with all documents as usually.
So, what should I do? Please help. View

Hi Mohamed Rashad,
The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days, provided that there are no additional documents required. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
