I also submitted my student pass renewal at 28th of december via my institution and till this day its saying “Pending payment by institution” and it is sitting at 5%. Is this normal? -
U should finish the student pass renewal fee first!

Hi Wang Xiangzhou. Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process approximately will take 14 working days from the day we received the passport. Rest assured, we will notify you once the student pass is issued by the Immigration Department. Thank you.
