    Good day sir/ma. My name is Olabiyi Oladayo with passport number A11446298. Please I want to make enquiries regarding my visa, it has been stuck on 80% since Nov. 2nd and there is no update yet on it.

      We understand your concern. However, your passport is pending with the Immigration Department for the VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter. Rest assured, we will notify the application progress via the website.

    Hello sir, I already did uninstall the emgs on my old phone and re-install it on my new phone but the issue still persists

    I verified my emgs data on my old phone, how can I verified it on my new phone please

      Hi Olabiyi Oladayo Yusuff,

      If you have verified your details on another phone, you will need to remove the details on the first phone. Uninstall the EMGS mobile app from old phone and re-install it on the new phone.
