  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

I hope you are doing well
Right now I am in Malaysia. I already submitted my passport in my university, and my Emgs score is 100 percent. It’s already been more than 1 month. When will I receive my passport?
