The application is stuck at 15% since Aug 9th. My classes is starting soon and our travel plan is to be in KL on September 1st

I submitted my application ( application number E#########) in August 8th and it was approved next day by the institution (August 9th) since then it’s stuck at 15%, application status notification states it takes 1-4 days to complete before sending it to emigration.
