For the student visa cancellation, I was only given the EMGS Escrow Account 1 bank account (Maybank). I couldn’t use credit card with only that information given, and I don’t have Malaysia Bank Account as I’m only here for an exchange program. Would sending the fee through Touch&Go e-wallet (duitnow) transfer still be a problem?
