There is no stipulated time frame for the Student Pass endorsement process. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi, i also experienced this back in early Feb. basically I tried asking everywhere but there are only 2 option. 1) to cancel the process (as you already know), 2) continue the process (medical->student pass->MEV). For the student visa cancellation, I was only given the EMGS Escrow Account 1 bank account (Maybank). I couldn’t use credit card with only that information given, and I don’t have Malaysia Bank Account as I’m only here for an exchange program. Would sending the fee through Touch&Go e-wallet (duitnow) transfer still be a problem?
