  There is no stipulated time frame for the Student Pass endorsement process. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

      Once the document is submitted to the Immigration Department, there is no exact time frame for the VAL approval and the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
