Your uni will collect the VAL from EMGS then they’ll send it to you. It all depends when they post it and how long it takes to get to you. Depending on how they decide to send it to you, it can be anywhere from 4 days (express mail e.g. through DHL) to 2 weeks (normal, registered mail)

Congratulations. Now if you are in your country, you have to collect your approval letter then submit to Malaysian embassy in your country for single entry visa. I got mine in 7 days. I provided them a colour copy of my VAL, passport size photograph and my passport.

Did you just go to Embassy or you did the process by an agent? Kindly tell me what kind of photo Blue or white Background. 7 days with or without Friday and Saturday ?? Haha lots of questions. Please answer those. I am just afraid private Uni Sev application might take long?! @farhan_6

I thing is white. You can see the correct take photo in emgs notification

Same photograph that I used for VAL. I used an agent since I live in Chittagong and it’s a lot of hassle to go to Dhaka and apply directly. It took 7 days including the holidays.

Ask Malaysia embassy in ur country. Usually they just need a copy in color
