I am PhD student of USM in second semester. Presently I am in Pakistan.
My visa will expire in September 2020.
I contacted Mr Sidek in USM Imcc and depostited 618MR and other credentials as ditrcted by him. In response to my payment he has directed me to apply for eVAL and visa.

Hi Rashid,
Since you already have a Student Pass you are required to apply for a renewal of your Student Pass. However, we can only accept the application 3 months before the expiry of your current Student Pass. We advise that you seek clarification from your institution with regard to the application.
