Just go to your university and tell them to issue a letter through registrar/director of your program that you will get the official one after convocation and before getting the original one the probisional certificate will act as same. My VAL was approved 1st March. Im waiting to download the eVAL now.
My val is approved by 1st of March as well but till today there is no change … may be because of the weekends
