Dear EMGS Officer, My name is YANG HAO, passport EJ1467278, a PhD student at SEGI. My visa renewal has been stuck at 90% for over 30 days. However , I might lose my job if I can’t go back to take my classes within next week. So could you please help me check my progress and accelerate it? Thanks from the bottom of my heart. View

  Please be informed that this is self endorsement application. The institution is required to submit your passport directly to the state of Immigration. Therefore, we advise that you to refer directly to the institute for further clarification regarding your passport.

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
