Submitted for one month already caused cancel the previous master program visa. Now new application for phd.

New application for PhD and now current status is VAL can be downloaded and medical check already has been done yesterday. But there’s an emergency thing from me and need passport before 11 Nov. need to go back my country for few days. I wanna ask about can we make visa done before 11 Nov. The Student Pass endorsement process will take approximately 14 working days. We are unable to guarantee that the passport will be ready before the 11th of November, as the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
