Dear EMGS Visa Team,

My name is Khalid Gulzar, an Afghan student. I received my eVAL on 5 September 2026 and I am now trying to apply for my Single Entry Visa (SEV/eVISA).

I am facing a problem with my photo on the Malaysia eVISA portal. I am unable to change or update my photograph, so I cannot proceed with the application.

I also created another account using a different email address to try to resolve the issue, but I am still unable to proceed.

Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue or advise me on the correct procedure?
