Uninstall the EMGS apps and install again. Then do the registration and verification allover. That was what I did when I encountered similar problem. Thank you

If I uninstall and install back it ask for my log in and when I do I get back to the page

First of all you must have counselor from the University where you want to study. He/She will guide you forward. Moreover, time of application from start date till approval of VAL normally takes 11 or 15 days However, it depends upon accuracy and availability of all the required documents.

Based on 2018 new law some universities ask it mandatory to have IELTS test and some still need it later after entering Malaysia. However, pre Medical is mandatory requirement for your VAL application and there will be post arrival check up as well.
