Six months
-
Then sev is valid for 3 months? I am confused
-
Don’t be confused. VAL stands for Visa approval Letter, while SEV, its for Single entry visa. The VAL is valid for 6 months which means within this period you can apply for your SEV in your home country, while the SEV is valid for 3 months, it means within this period you can travel to Malaysia. Hope it clears up now.

I don’t know about that one but the VAL that was sent to me had a validity of 6 months
-
Thanks Aliyu thats a big relief for me
That means we will have dix months yo travel?? Right?-
I mean six months to travel
-
Yes ideally, but it depends on the immigration agency
-
Or rather the Malaysian embassy in your country
-
-
-
-
-
The validity of VAL is 6 months.
