Hi Karen,
If the pass has expired you are required to refer to your institution directly. EMGS does not issue any letters to students with regard to their visa status. We advise that you seek assistance from your institution.

My name is karen i came on the 17March and by that time the lockdown hasn’t started. Due to the current movement control order (MCO), you won’t be able to attend the medical screening. You are advised to wait until the MCO has been lifted. We understand your concern with regard to the expiry of your visa. Rest assured that your institution will assist you once the MCO has been lifted.
