We received additional documents from your institution today. We understand that the percentage of your application has not increased. Kindly be advised that your application goes through different stages of processing within EMGS. At this stage of the application, the status will remain at 15%.

Ok don’t be worried .. they’re vetting your documents, like they’re checking ur documents if it’s all fine it don’t need any corrections and emgs don’t need any kind of additional documents as well then they’ll you’ll get to 32% .. maybe today or maybe next week .. no worries

If it’s green means they are processing your application .. if yellow means they need additional documents .. look there in ur profile what kind of documents they need .. get them ready and send them to your institution and don’t worry you’ll get to 35% soon

It happened to me last year. I had at the time to talk to my university and they submitted the document another time.
