Kindly be informed that the student will be able to submit applications for the graduate pass directly to Immigration Cyberjaya. As such, kindly refer to the link provided https://educationmalaysia.gov.my/news_update/social-visit-pass-graduate-pass-for-international-students-and-their-dependents/ for more information.
