If the application tracker shows no record found, it means that your application is yet to be created in our system. As such, we advise that you liaise with your institution and request that they create the application.

last year it tooks 3 days. How long it takes to reach 90% from the date the immigration received your passport??

Immigration received my passport on 13 February then it reached 90% today, 7 March.

Is 90% going back to your school? It really is? You can ask the school for a passport for 90%?

They send the passport to EMGS, then EMGS send it to your university, then student collect the passport from the university. Whenever student collect the passport it sould say “application completed 100%” . That happens to me last year
