We are unable to confirm if the visa will be issued as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. At present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students. We advise that you liaise with your institution for further assistance.

I am also in same situation bro I cancelled my student pass and came back to india now I re applyed for new visa and it’s been processing
