My institution has sent the additional document (Heath Declaration form) since Monday 21/08/2023. My status stick stock at 15%, the coour is still yellow and the comment still showing additional document required. I’ve made the payment to the school but my application on EMGS still reads awaiting payment from institution. What should I do?

U surely have proof of payment right, so attach that to EMGS your school might not provided them or they might be late so you have to carry your burden
