Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we submitted your application to the Immigration Department. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Hi,
Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 17th August 2026. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

Thank you for your guidance, there is an issue with my EMGS app I can’t download the updated VAL or EMGS approval letter, also my information is not updated.
