Dear EMGS officer,

I am writing to request an information. I just finished my Masters degree and my visa will expire 11th October. So I’ll go back to my country 9th October. Now suddenly I came to know that for visa cancelation I need to apply 1 month early. First of all I don’t have much time left and I’m not interested to apply for special pass.

Is there any way I can apply for the visa cancelation without submitting my passport?

  Kindly be informed that you are required to make a proper cancellation of your student pass before exit from Malaysia. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
