In my case,it took 22days including public holiday and weekends.It will take 14 working days to become 90.

Dear EMGS,my visa renewal status is stuck at80% from12.30,it’s over 14 working days,I want to know when will it finish. My passport number is ED5457253

  Hi Hu Sangjin,
  
  The application is still within the processing time-frame. Kindly note that the 14 working days time-frame excludes weekends and public holidays. The approval to issue the Student Pass is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
