Dear EMGS Officer!
This is Hassamuddin Hamdard from Afghanistan. Actually, I have applied for VAL on 14/October/2019 and i have payed my visa payment by my self on 07/Nov /2019, but my visa process is in pending on stage 15% from 11/Nov/2019 to now.
So i dont know what is main issue.

Dear Sir!
This Hassamuddin Hamdard from Afghanistan. Actually, I have applied for VAL and i selected “pay through institution” method of payment.
I have payed by myself 1986 RM on 07/11/2019 but still visa status in pending.

  Hi Hassamuddin Hamdard,
  
  We invoiced your payment today. It takes 14 working days to obtain the Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) starting from the day your documents are received and the payment is invoiced in the EMGS system. However, please note that the process may be delayed if there are discrepancies with your documents.
