Hi Yuana,
Students are required to complete the pre-entry checklist prior to traveling to Malaysia. If you already completed your clearance at KLIA, then the pre-entry checklist is no longer required from you.

I don’t understand why does my VAL got rejected due to no exit record. There is an exit stamp on my passport (29/05/2023) and I applied the visa 2 months after (17/07/2023).
