Dear EMGS, Is that possible that I submit my passport not through my university but by me personally? Since the university is closed and the restriction order might extend for one or two weeks, and army institution hasn’t replied my email regarding this issue, not sure when the university will open again. Please advise. Thank you! View

      Hi Han,

      Kindly note that only institutions are allowed to submit passports. However, at present we are not accepting any passport submissions until the 31st of March. Kindly refer to your institution for further assistance.

    Dear Sir or Madam,
    Since the university has totally shut down, what about my passport submission process, it got halted as well. My visa will soon be expired. What if the MCO extends later, how can I proceed my extension without taking risks of violating the laws. Is there any chance I can submit it in a safe way? Please advice.

      Hi Han,

      If the current pass expires during the movement restriction order period, you are required to refer to your institution for assistance.
