i) A copy of the cover letter to expedite the process
ii) The supporting documents pertaining to the urgency

Good evening, Immigration and Passport Department staff. I am writing to you hoping to complete my procedures tomorrow, April 13th, and receive my passport from the University . Hi,
Please be informed that we received your passport on the 1st of April 2026 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
