Hello EMGS. My student pass has expired on the 15th of May, 2026 after I traveled to my home country. I Intend to travel back to Malaysia this month using a tourist visa but it wasn’t successful. Kindly advise me on what to do in obtaining a single entry visa which i will use to travel back to Malaysia. View

If you created the application via the EMGS website, you can submit the documents to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. However, if the application was created by the institute you are required to forward the documents to the institute.

Please contact the relevant authority handling tourist visa applications to confirm the reason your visa was rejected and to obtain further clarification..
