Hello, my emgs process is already 100% past 6 days but university says we haven’t received your passport yet. Can you tell me please when will i get?

Hello, I have recently started my university and came to malaysia but my classes aren’t started yet so i wanted to ask can I withdraw the university and get back my money and all so i could take admission anywhere else?
