    Hi I’m Renitha Dwi Marc Damanik with passport number X7117110, dear EMGS team, my eVAL has been stuck at 35% for 10 days. I would appreciate your assistance in speeding up the evaluation process as I urgently need the result.

      Hi Renitha Dwi Marc Damanik,

      Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 28th November 2025. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
