I already submit the documents and the payment was done ,why the process is still 0%

My student visa is ready for institute to collect，but I asked the man in school when can he collect it.He told me he can’t .I really need my passport ，my baby is in China right now .Because ofMCO，I seperate from my 3 month old baby for 4months.I need to go back China .Can I get my passport myself？

  Kindly note that only institution representatives are eligible to collect the passport. We advise that you seek assistance from your institution, and request that they assign an authorized representative to collect the passport.
