Hi,
Kindly be informed that the institution submitted the passport to obtain special pass. Kindly note the documents with passport submitted to Immigration for special pass approval. Once the special pass has been approved, the institution will resubmit the passport for the dependant visa endorsement process.

Hi emgs, I’m an international PhD student at UniKL. I want to bring my wife to Malaysia under dependent visa. For the marriage certificate, can it be attestated in Malaysian embassy in my country or it must be in the Nigerian embassy in Malaysia? The marriage certificate must be attested by the Embassy in Malaysia and the date of the Embassy’s stamp must be within the current year. There is no stipulated time frame for the dependent pass process as it depends on the submission of the documents.
