U have to push your uni to finish those two problems. How would you do that?

2-if they say YES WE RESPONDED EMGS.
3-then ask the uni to give you case number.

I have the same problem, I’m still waiting for EMGS to update the system. It seems that the course we applied was not yet registered. Please which course have you applied. Let we proceed sending an email to the un till the end.

the course that im applying is a bachelor in information management. today I already received an email regarding this issue and it said that the issue is closed. you need to contact your institution about this issue and let them send the updated offer letter by email to emgs
