Goo day. I am currently in Malaysia under special pass until end of July. My visa status has been 32% since March under new student. May I know if it’s possible for the immigration to go through my application since I’m in Malaysia and not outside? Also, I would like to ask for advice on how I should go about this. Thank you. View

Hi Fath,
We are currently waiting for confirmation from the Immigration Department with regard to the issuance of VALs. Once we have received the confirmation, your application will be submitted to the Immigration Department for the VAL issuance. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
