  Send it to EMGS email which is as follows: #########
  Also along with the photo, send your Name, Passport number, Nationality and EMGS application number and definitely you will get a quick response.

  You can forward the photo to your institution and request that they submit the photo to EMGS. However, if your application was created via the EMGS website you submit the photo to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my.
