We have issued the EMGS supporting letter to your institution. Kindly note that they will be arranging for the endorsement of the Student Pass at the State Immigration Office. Thus, we recommend that you follow up on the status of your passport with the institution.

Hi,
Kindly be informed that you are required to fill up the correct passport number and nationality. Kindly note for the nationality you are required to select Congo – Kinshasa and you may able to track the application on the EMGS website.

Hi,
Kindly be informed that if the passport was renewed at home country, student require to enter Malaysia under social visit pass. Once enter, the institution is require to apply for the transferring of student visa from old passport to new passport. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance on this matter.
