I applied for MALAYSIA SEV through an agency in KARACHI it took exactly 2 days to be issued. I also asked the agent about e-visa he said it takes around 10 days approx.

Please be informed that the processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
