If you have applied for a new student pass application through EMGS, 5% will jump to 7% once your Institution approve your application.
In my view, you should contact the Institution for their immediate approval.

Kindly be informed that your student pass was issue at State Immigration. As such, you are require to liaise with the institution regarding the cancellation as they are in the best position to advise you accordingly.
