Hello, how long does it take you to issue the approval letter, after the institute has approved it? View
Hi Emad,
We are unable to provide you with an exact time-frame for the issuance of the VAL, as the Immigration Department is currently not issuing VALs to students outside Malaysia. The approval to issue the VALs is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
