My name is Emaan and I’m currently enrolled in my first semester at UPM as an MEd student. I wanted to inquire about requesting a refund for the additional one year paid for my Student Visa, and I paid for two years and received a one year visa. However, my refund request has been rejected as my request exceeded the time allowed to request a refund. Since this time limitation was not mentioned on the refund form, I missed out on it.
