  Your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 8th September 2026. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.

Dear EMGS,
I tried to log in to my EMGS hub account and it says an error occurred. I need to log into it and EMGS app to get my iKad. I tried it on the EMGS app and it says I need verification and the request has timed out. Thank you.
