We are unable to provide information regarding Diplomatic Passport holders. The applicant would need to obtain approval from respective national agencies by referring directly to their respective Embassy / Foreign Missions before submitting an application through EMGS.

No, when u reach 70% you’ll get the val and then you can travel to Malaysia and compete the remaining there .. from 70% till 100% is post arrival
