Hello officer, I am ZHANGYONG, passport number EL3160414, I am a university teacher going to Malaysia to study for a PhD, and my progress bar has been stuck at 35% for a week, may I ask how long it will take me to reach 70%? Please help me to urge for approval .Thanks for your help. View

      Hi Zhang Yong,

      Please be informed that there is no stipulated time frame for VAL approval. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
