Hello EMGS Officer,
could you please check on STARS if my VAL REJECTION REASONS have been uploaded?
because my institution said they haven’t received anything other than val rejection letter only.
Please help me on this matter so I can make appeal quickly.

  Hi Dwi Arizka,
  
  We are yet to receive the VAL rejection reason from Immigration. However, we have escalated the matter to Immigration to obtain it. Once we receive the VAL rejection reason, we will update it on the EMGS system for the institution to appeal the application.
